Description |
Journal called "Pitch and Toss" or "The Kurile Intelligencer". Crepe Paper. Printed in Tokyo Japan by T. Hasegawa. . It is a humorous journal, seemingly put together by passengers aboard the R.M.S 'Empress of India' in 1894, on her 15th voyage outwards, which would have travelled from Vancouver to Japan and China. The journal includes funny written portraits of some of the passengers, word puzzles and riddles, and other anecdotes, as well as a passenger list |
